Returns & Exchanges

At Lifted Anchors, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We offer returns and exchanges on unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached within 14 days of the delivery date.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Once your request is authorized, a prepaid shipping label will be generated for you to download and print for your return package.

• 3.
  Package and Ship

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging if possible and drop the shipment off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Processing and Refund

  After we receive and inspect your items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days to your original payment method.
